1、烤（kǎo）漆工藝要求

1. Process Requirements of Baking Paint

1)清洗表麵殘留物,補（bǔ）灰,打磨等一係（xì）列表麵處理.

2)采用（yòng）環保（bǎo）型優質油漆烤漆處理.烤漆（qī）房須無塵埃顆粒車間,烤漆表麵塗層三塗三烤處理（lǐ）.

3) 油漆色彩要符（fú）合設計方案要求.

1)不鏽鋼板須（xū）刨坑折彎焊接.

2)焊接前清除表麵（miàn）油（yóu）汙（wū）,減少焊縫形成的虛（xū）焊、氣（qì）孔、裂紋等缺陷.

2) Clean up the oil stain on the surface before welding, and reduce the defects of virtual welding, pore and crack.

3)焊接完（wán）後將所（suǒ）有可見焊縫打磨光滑,與周圍（wéi）表麵一樣平滑,無明顯劃痕.

完（wán）工外觀要求:安裝完成後標牌外觀精美,表麵無螺釘,無劃痕、氣泡及明（míng）顯的顏色不均勻,烤漆須無明顯色差,所用材料符合設（shè）計方案要（yào）求.
